Payment
PorSenTech ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Amount reserved
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.
Credit Card authorization
The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

PorSenTech ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
PorSenTech ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 hverdage.
PorSenTech ApS uses GLS - Erhverv, GLS - Privat, GLS - Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
PorSenTech ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om info@porsentech.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to PorSenTech ApS to evaluate the item's condition.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to PorSenTech ApS in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
PorSenTech ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
Pre-Order
Upon the launch of new products, we offer pre-orders through our online store.
When you use your payment card, both debit and credit cards, we make a reservation for the amount corresponding to the purchase price.
We only debit the funds from your account when the item leaves our warehouse.
You may see a temporary hold on the amount for up to 30 days, but we reserve the right to debit the funds within a period of up to 179 days.
We strive to deliver the product around the agreed-upon date, but due to potential delays, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Please note that the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law applies to your purchases.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with PorSenTech ApS, we need the following information:

- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with PorSenTech ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees for PorSenTech ApS have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with PorSenTech ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact info@porsentech.com.

Log Statistics
We use log statistics at https://www.porsentech.com,
which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more.
The Log statistic is only used with the purpose to improve PorSenTech ApS's website.

Right to complain
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr.
